Q: What do we cover in the safety training session?

A: Safety training is a quick introduction to the space, the tools and equipment, and how to not get hurt while you’re using them! At the end of the tour, we’ll help you choose the right membership level to match the needs of your creativity and your budget.

Q: How long is the safety training?

A: 1 hour: mostly the tour and fun stuff, plus a little paperwork and time to choose your membership level

Q: Is safety training required?

A: Yes. Even though we respect your formidable knowledge of the trade, we want to introduce you to our unique space and ensure the safety of our whole community.

Q: Do you offer classes?

A: Waldo’s staff do not currently offer classes but can connect you with one of our very talented studio holders or members for private instruction.

Q: I am under 18. Can I still join the tradeshop?

A: You can join and use the tradeshop if a safety certified parent or guardian accompanies you at all times.

Q: Can I sell my work at Waldo’s?

A: Active tradeshop members can add their work to our store at the discretion of our staff and Waldo’s takes a 20% commission on all sales. Space is limited.
