Our Team

Waldo’s is run by a core group of volunteers and staff members. Committees and events are run and populated by volunteers and even some of our baristas are donating their time.

Waldo’s Board of Directors is a multi-talented team that collectively sets goals, directs staff and volunteers, and carries out our mission. Our paid staff consists of 1 full time director, part time baristas, and part time studio managers.

In 2020, three members of our arts community formed an Artist Committee to ensure that the needs of our artists are attended to constructively. This important group acts as a liaison, collecting the feedback of artists who use the space, and informing the board of directors on best practices. This was the first of our committees which now include an operations committee, events committee, gallery committee, and a staffing committee.
